Our Mental Health Services

When you’re recovering we help you with your transition and help you rebuild your life. We can either provide you with semi-supported accommodation at one of our three sites or provide outreach support in your home.

We get to know you – your interests and your goals, so we can connect you with things that are going to be the right fit for you.

We help you move towards a meaningful and fulfilling life. Our proven therapeutic program helps you develop the skills to see better days.

We believe recovery is possible for everyone. We’ll coordinate your care to get you on the right path. Communication and teamwork are really important. That’s why we consult with your care providers, your family and all other services so that everyone is working together on the same page.

With a personalised plan, we can help you develop positive strategies to meet your needs. Our professional practitioners are extremely respectful and work with both adults and children.

Feel good and get the most out of life. We offer a free support program in the Central Queensland and Wide Bay regions.

We’ll help you heal and get back on track. Our recovery coaches are amazing at turning ‘I can’t’ into ‘I can’. We’ll work on ways for you to break through your barriers and create new opportunities.

Feedback and complaints
You can make big changes. It’s about taking little steps.

You can make big changes. It’s about taking little steps.

It’s amazing how often the smallest change or realisation can help you make progress with your recovery. It’s not just skills, it’s also about building your confidence and knowledge. We’ll work with you and break it down into approachable little steps forward. Together we can help you reimagine your life.

Helping us help others
