Learning and life skills
At Trinity Community Services, we help people plan personal goals and put in the supports to make this happen – all in their own home. Some people may want to learn how to meal plan and cook healthy meals, while others may want to go on a trip, or learn how to travel independently in their own community.
With professionalism and kindness our team support people living with disability to live as independently as possible through personalised goal oriented support.
We provide in-home support, support to access the community, creative group programs, social groups, support coordination and supported independent living services.
A little bit of help goes a long way, with clients sharpening their skills in budgeting, mastering computers or reaching health goals. Depending on funding arrangements, we can also provide support on weekends and overnight.
