Welcome to South Burnett Community Services. We are a registered NDIS provider. We offer a broad range of  services for people living with a disability in the South Burnett and surrounding regions to assist you to achieve your goals and meet your individual needs.

Kingaroy Centre

Disability Services:

NDIS Participants can attend our Kingaroy centre to enjoy meaningful activities, socialise, enjoy recreational outings and develop life skills. Our life skills development program includes cooking, healthy eating and computer skills development as well as activities such as craft and gentle exercise. Our regular outings include bowling, swimming and the movies.

Support Coordination:

Our experienced Support Coordinators can work with you to help you understand and use your plan and connect you with supports, services and therapies as identified in your goals. We can work with you to increase your capacity, live more independently, and be included in your community.

South Burnett Community Services accepts referrals from individuals, carers, family members, medical practitioners, and mental health professionals. Eligibility criteria applies. Book a consultation with our friendly Team Leader at a time and place that suits you. We look forward to meeting with you.

Our South Burnett carer support service includes:

  • In home and centre based day respite for carers to take a break and have some time for themselves
  • Assistance with transport to access the community while using respite services
