Our disability services

We offer supported accommodation, supported independent living services and in-home support. Our supported living accommodation is contemporary, and purpose built offering tailored in-home personal and life skills development and personal care.

We coordinate your support for you, so you can get the most out of your funding. Our disability support locations are:

  • Logan
  • Caboolture
  • Somerset
  • Gold Coast
  • Sunshine Coast

We provide access for you to participate in recreation tasks, social opportunities and support you to develop skills and competencies.

There are a range of great activities you can get involved in at our centres. We work on practical life skills and personal development. Come along for a personal interest session or to get a hand developing your social network. We also partner with other community groups and support links.

Look forward to better days. We help you find ways to break through the barriers of living with a mental illness…and create the life you hope for.

Want to get out and do something? Need a hand around the house? We’re happy to help however we can. We can assist with housework, shopping, socialising and personal development. We can also coordinate your clinical services and programs so you can enjoy a sense of wellbeing.

We’re here to help you feel good and connect with your family, peers and the community. We work out a plan and tailor all our support to meet your specific needs. Together we will develop ways for you to behave, communicate and interact to get the most out of life.

We’ll help you live the life you want to live. We prepare you for employment by working on skills such as travel, catching transport, budgeting, decision-making and participating in community activities. Our programs also include nutritional eating plans, personal training, group exercise, social activities and access to nursing and allied health services.

At Lutheran Services you can trust that you’re receiving the best possible support. We have a long history of helping people and families living with disability. In fact, the origins of our disability support services today represent some of the first of their kind in Queensland.

We are a not-for-profit organisation and our core purpose is to serve. You will receive only the highest quality service and value for money.

We want what’s best for you…and we understand a key part of that is becoming as independent as possible. We’ll help you set and achieve goals so you can work towards things. We hope we can help you live a rich, fulfilled life and do things that you never thought were possible.
