Our Youth and Family Services

Everyone’s situation is different. Our dedicated youth case managers are ready to respond to a wide range of circumstances. We offer professional counselling and can help young people make sense of what’s going on. We give them the tools they need to deal with the situation and work towards the future they dream of.

We offer support for youth to access mediation services to resolve family conflict. We give them the best chance of working things out.

We offer professional emotional and social support services tailored to young people.

Our programs give young people the support they need to develop everyday life skills.

We are there for young parents and their families who are facing a range of challenges. We offer support to help them deal with parenthood pressures and build their future.

Once we understand your situation, we can provide referrals to specialist support services including youth housing assistance.
