Graceville Centre

5 Sydney Street, Nambour QLD, Australia

Welcome to the Graceville Centre at Nambour. We offer comprehensive mental health services across the Sunshine Coast region based from our office in Nambour. Recovery for individuals living with mental health concerns is about how they can gain the life skills to live their best life. We work within a recovery oriented approach that incorporates the principles of hope, personal responsibility, connectedness, discovery and developing an active sense of self. Our mental health clinicians provide care coordination and support that is recovery-focused, consulting with primary and acute care providers, family and other services to improve integration and achieve better outcomes for our participants.

The Dialectical Behaviour Therapy program teaches skills around four main concepts of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. It includes a weekly skills training group, individual counselling and a 24 hour coaching line.

The Clinical Care Coordination program ensures holistic care that addresses all aspects of the individuals mental health needs, with support that focuses on individualized plans, education and empowerment. The program operates across the Sunshine Coast South region, with referrals receive via the PHN.
