Welcome to Karawatha Community at Trinder Park. Karawatha Community is a Supported Independent Living accommodation service that offers adults with a disability the opportunity to make a smooth transition to a new home.

A home among the gum trees

Karawatha Community is located in a beautiful bushland setting bordering Karawatha Forest, only minutes from public transport and other amenities.

Our purpose-designed house for three residents and a 24/7 carer suits people with high needs, while four single-bedroom units are suitable for people who can live a little more independently.

This NDIS accommodation for adults with disabilities includes:

  • four refurbished one-bedroom units, each with kitchen and bathroom. These units suit residents who already have some independent living skills. Our on-site staff also offer assistance where needed.
  • a four-bedroom, purpose-designed house with en-suite accommodation for three residents and 24/7 live-in support staff. The house caters well for clients with high needs.
