Adeptly is a social enterprise that creates meaningful jobs for people with disability. We work with you to build on your strengths and goals, giving you the support you need to succeed in your job – Adeptly.
We welcome people aged 18+ with disability who are looking for supported, award-wage employment. You don’t need previous experience, just motivation, a willingness to learn, and an NDIS plan with employment or core support funding.
Roles vary and grow over time. From hands-on work like packing, admin, and customer service, to digital tasks and creative services. If we don’t have the right job yet, we work with you to shape one.
Support is built into the workday. You’ll have job coaches and mentors who understand your needs and goals. We also use your NDIS plan to tailor supports, from training to confidence building to transition planning.
All our supported employees need to hold or be willing to obtain current Yellow and Blue Cards, and receive training relevant to their roles to ensure safe, high-quality service.
