What I love most about the role is meeting with prospective clients and families and helping them with their journey into aged care.
I would like to think that I help to brighten a resident’s day with a smile and a hello and taking the time for a chat.
Being friendly and cheerful and genuine. Saying hello and remembering a little something from a previous conversation
Being responsive to emails and phone calls – looking for solutions to any concerns and again being genuine and compassionate and knowledgeable in my role.
I love networking and being involved in the community. Having only been in the role for a short time I am looking forward to making connections in the local area and attending and hosting as many events as possible.
All of the gardens are lovely – I like sitting down near the café overlooking the resident garden.
