Trinity – Creative program kicks off

Trinity Disability Service on the Gold Coast has started a new program to help women learn about their health and wellbeing, socialise with others and kickstart their creativity.

The program, called CAKE, is designed to be fun, educational and creative.

CAKE stands for Creative, Active, Kind and Enjoyable.

Women wanting to join in can call Trinity on 5564 7888 to book – the cost is $10 per session which are held each Tuesday 10am to 12pm at the Southport Community Centre.
