In home and community support you can rely on

Finding the right support can make all the difference. Whether you’re an NDIS participant looking for help at home, a family member wanting peace of mind, or a professional supporting someone through a transition, our in-home and community services are designed for people who want to build confidence, grow their independence, and feel more connected in their everyday life.

We work closely with participants, carers, Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, hospital discharge teams, and community service providers to offer practical, person-centred support that fits real needs and real routines. We’re here to help each person imagine what’s possible and take the next steps toward their goals – one day at a time.

What is In-Home and Community Support?

What is In-Home and Community Support?

In-home and community support under the NDIS helps people with disability live more independently and stay connected to their community.

It can include things like assistance with daily tasks at home, help getting to appointments or social activities, and support to build skills and confidence.

The goal is to provide practical, flexible help that fits each person’s needs so they can live the life they choose, both at home and out in the community.

Who can access these services?

Who can access these services?

Anyone who is an NDIS participant and has funding in their plan for Core Supports or Capacity Building Supports can access in-home and community support.

This typically includes people who need assistance with daily living tasks, or support to participate in social, work, or community activities.

The type and amount of support you receive depends on your individual goals, needs, and what the NDIS considers reasonable and necessary.
