Our Make My Day Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) program provides you with added benefits and choice.
You can choose a package or select services individually to create a custom experience that makes your day. The cost of your HELF Services will depend upon the package or individual services you select..
Make My Day Classic Package
By choosing the Classic Package, you receive a curated bundle of our most popular services at a significantly reduced rate compared to purchasing them individually, giving you the best value for your money.
For an extra daily fee, our residents receive full access to a range of services, such as unlimited wi-fi, premium pillows, beer, wine and soft drinks with meals and special events.

Make My Day One-Off Services
A range of premium services are also available for one-off purchase as you wish to take advantage of them. This includes Monthly High Tea, Weekly Happy Hour, Monthly Special Events, and our Destination Outings. As we regularly add new services and experiences to our Make My Day program, please get in touch for the most current list of available one-off services
Families and Guest Information
Whether you’re sharing a laugh at Happy Hour, joining in the fun of a theme day or simply sitting alongside your loved one – you are always welcome here. Most of our daily activities are completely free for families to join with their loved one, and we encourage you to participate and share in these everyday moments. We are so glad to have you with us.
Joining our premium Make My Day events is just as easy. While most of our daily connections are free, a small per-event fee applies to these specific, structured experiences to help us with catering and set-up. There is no subscription or sign-up required-you can simply pay as you go via EFTPOS and enjoy the day with your loved one.
