Discover a purpose-built, self-contained unit designed to support independence, comfort, and accessibility for people with disability.
This thoughtfully arranged space includes 1 private bedroom, functional kitchen, accessible bathroom, and a welcoming lounge room, perfect for daily living. Enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning, ideal for those warm subtropical nights.
Support is provided at a 1:5 ratio, with experienced staff available from 6am to 10pm at the adjacent office for ease and peace of mind. A sleep-over support component can also be provided if required, ensuring you have access to the right level of assistance whenever you need it.
Located on the Sunshine Coast, Nambour is a laid-back community with a range of amenities making it an ideal place for people to live a full and independent life. Central to many of the Sunshine Coast’s main attractions, Nambour has easy access to essential services and recreational activities.

This vacancy is ideal for someone aged 18+ with an intellectual disability and/or psychosocial disability who is seeking a supportive, independence-focused living environment. To be eligible, you’ll need NDIS funding that includes accommodation supports in your plan. This ensures you can access the right level of assistance while enjoying the comfort, privacy and stability of your own self-contained unit.
