Welcome to the Keystone Centre
A true community hub, the Keystone Centre offers support programs for people living with a disability.
We offer a range of services including a centre-based day service, home support, specific skills training, and case management.
With a mix of education, goal oriented self-development programs and life skills lessons we help our clients and their families imagine the possibilities and then achieve them.

Disability Development Program
At our Keystone Centre in Woodridge, people come together to learn and enjoy a variety of activities such as cooking, budgeting, shopping, computer skills, gardening and volunteer work.
We also can help people with a disability to live as independently as possible in the community, assisting with:
- social skills
- communication skills
- maintaining appropriate behaviour in a variety of challenging circumstances
- money handling
- training for travelling on public transport.
Home Support Services
Our Home Support services assist people living with a disability to remain at home and continue to develop their independence.
The Keystone Centre accepts referrals from individuals, carers, family members, medical practitioners, and mental health professionals. Eligibility criteria applies.
We are an endorsed Host Provider for the Queensland Government’s disability support scheme Your Life Your Choice. Contact us to find out more about how to access disability support your way.
