New visitor restrictions for Brisbane, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay
We would like to advise that due to the community transmission of COVID-19, the Queensland Chief Health Officer has announced that all aged care services and disability accommodation in the Brisbane City Council, Moreton Bay Council and Gold Coast local government areas are closed to non-essential visitors until further notice.
This means Zion aged care at Nundah, St Paul’s aged care at Caboolture and St Andrews aged care at Tallebudgera are now closed to non-essential visitors until further notice.
Residents may only leave for certain reasons, and increased use of PPE in line with the Moderate Risk Guidance is required.
Our Trinity disability accommodation on the Gold Coast is also closed to visitors.
This is an evolving situation and we will update our communities when we are advised that these restrictions change.
